Like the 1977 Eagles’ hit song, once you’re in you can’t get out — and that’s exactly what the popular contractor and TV personality says about his mission to transform the way homes are built. "My job is to keep doing this (changing specifications of homes and modifying the way they are built) until all homes are built better," he says during a recent tour in Calgary to inspect one of the homes built under his new Holmes Approved Homes program.
